1. Returns Eligibility
Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order, provided that:
- The item is unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging
- The product is in resalable condition
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is provided
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Opened or used perfumes
- Products with broken or removed seals
- Items damaged after delivery due to misuse or handling
- Gift cards or promotional items
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Return the item in its original packaging
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
4. Refund Method

- A credit note will be issued for the value of the returned item
- Credit notes can be used for future purchases
Refunds to the original payment method will only be provided where required by applicable law.
